Powershopping. Der Presse konnte man schnell Negativschlagzeilen, wie „Powershopping
illegal4“, „Wucher-Wespa bei Letsbuyit.com5“, „Die Rechtmäßigkeit von
Powershopping bleibt auch ohne Rabattgesetz fraglich6“, „Sittenwidrige Spiellust
im E-Commerce7“ oder „verarmter Powershopper8“ entnehmen. Nur noch wenige
deutsche Unternehmen verfolgen gegenwärtig im Internet aktiv die Strategie Powershopping9.
Mehrere Domains deutscher Unternehmen deuten zwar auf
Powershopping hin, allerdings wird das Geschäftsmodell tatsächlich nicht genutzt10.
Auch lassen sich im Internet Firmen finden, die zwar auf ihrer Homepage auf das
Vertriebssystem Powershopping aufbauen, wo es aber mangels Einstellen von
Warenangeboten tatsächlich zu keinem Online-Handel kommt und damit derzeit
quasi eine bloße leere Hülse vorliegt11. [...]
