Wie können einerseits finanzielle und wirtschaftliche Belastungen für den Staat
und , zeitliche und physische Belastungen andererseits für die Familie so
austangiert werden, das beide Seiten weniger unter der Sozialisation der
heranwachsenden Schutzbefohlenen und dessen Begleiterscheinungen zu
tragen haben?
Eine Familie mit ein oder mehreren Kindern (traditionelle Kleinfamilie) ist kein
Auslaufmodell, aber es ist ein Sozialisationsumfeld das heute mit anderen
Sozialisationsformen konkurrieren muss. Sie ist ein Modell auf unbestimmte
Zeit.
Zu den verschiedenen “Konkurrenten“ der Kernfamilie, die ein
Sozialisationsumfeld darstellen könnten, zählen bekannter maßen:
Alleinerziehende Väter oder Mütter, die Großfamilie (weniger in
Industrieländern), die nichteheliche Lebensgemeinschaft und die
homosexuellen Ehe.
Kann bei solch einer Vielzahl an Modellen, eine ausgewogene und umfassende
Sozialisation gerade auch im Bezug auf die unterschiedliche Qualität der
einzelnen Modelle gewährleistet werden?
Um auf Antworten zu stoßen, versuche ich einzelne Ursachen von Wertewandel
näher zu durchleuchten.
Natürlich steht auch der Staat in der Verantwortung, altersgerechte und vor
allem lerneffiziente Möglichkeiten für die Jugendlichen anzubieten, um für eine
Entlastung der “Familie“ zu sorgen. Der Schwerpunkt der Arbeit liegt aber nicht
wie man sich denken könnte, auf dem Bereich Schule als Sozialisationsfaktor,
sondern auf den Voraussetzungen die Familie und Staat mit einbringen. Ein
Zusammenspiel zwischen Familie und Staat, das ich unter dem Begriff
Chancengleichheit betrachten möchte, da ich glaube das gerade das
Verantwortungsdenken in beiden Institutionen zu wertvollen Lösungsansätzen,
auf dem Weg zu einem ausgeglichenen Sozialisationsumfeld für Jugendliche,
werden können. Zum Abschluss möchte ich dann noch einen Einblick in den
Bereich des Gesundheitswesens machen um zu verdeutlichen, dass die
Auswirkungen von Sozialisation in alle Lebensbereiche hineinspielt und sie
umgestaltet.
