Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2010 im Fachbereich Soziologie - Arbeit, Beruf, Ausbildung, Organisation, Note: 1,3, Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main, Veranstaltung: Arbeit, Macht und Leid(enschaft), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die These vom Arbeitskraftunternehmer beschreibt einen neuen Typus der Arbeit. Eingeführt wurde der Begriff erstmals von dem Chemnitzer Soziologen G. Günther Voß und dem Münchner Soziologen Hans J. Pongratz, um Subjekte zu beschreiben, die ihre eigene Arbeitskraft vermarkten müssen. Ursprünglich wurde die These als theoretisches Argument entwickelt und als Prognose zur arbeitsgesellschaftlichen Entwicklung formuliert:" Der Arbeitskraftunternehmer. Eine neue Grundform der Ware Arbeitskraft?" (1998).

Mittlerweile sind jedoch Forschungsberichte und empirische Studien verfügbar. Diese geben Aufschluss darüber, inwiefern die theoretischen Merkmale sich real konstituieren und welche psychosozialen Auswirkungen Subjekte erfahren.
In dieser Arbeit wird die historische Entwicklungslinie der Arbeitskraft vom Proletarier über den herkömmlichen Arbeitnehmer näher beleuchtet, um anschließend die besonderen Merkmale des Arbeitskraftunternehmers herauszustellen. Dies dient dem Verständnis, aus welchen traditionellen Unternehmensweisen sich der Arbeitskraftunternehmer entwickelt hat, und warum dieser Typus sich von vorhergehenden so grundlegend unterscheidet.

Folgend wird die Lebensführung, anhand von Forschungsberichten und Studien über Arbeitskraftunternehmer, betrachtet.
Nachdem der Ursprung, die Merkmale und die Lebensführung des Arbeitskraftunternehmers geklärt ist, geht diese Arbeit darauf ein, welche Folgen Subjekte erwarten.

Daraus ergibt sich folgende Fragestellung:

"Welche Anforderungen und psycho- soziale Auswirkungen erfährt der Einzelne?"

"Sind die Anforderungen und damit einhergehende Auswirkungen auf Arbeitskraftunternehmer insgesamt als positiv zu deuten?"

Im Fazit werde ich auf die Fragen eingehen.
