Im Projekt SEWKHO ("Personalentwicklung in Hochschulen") haben sich 2012 vier brandenburgische Hochschulen zusammengeschlossen, um Personalentwicklungsstrukturen langfristig zu verankern und die Weiterbildungsbeteiligung zu erhöhen. Die Fachtagung am 21.11.2013 in Cottbus diente der Bestandsaufnahme und dem Dialog zum Stand der Personalentwicklung unter den SEWKHO-Hochschulen ebenso wie dem Austausch mit Experten und Fachpublikum.
Im Fachtagungsband werden die Themen einer gelingenden Personalentwicklungs- und Weiterbildungskultur vorgestellt: Gesundheitsmanagement, Bedarfsanalyse, Qualitätsmanagement und Führungskultur. Dazu geben Beiträge aus den Foren einen lebendigen Einblick in die Personalentwicklungspraxis an brandenburgischen Hochschulen.
